The next chapter
This year we're launching an exciting, brand-new TV Shopping channel
We're excited to bring our vast range of 'must have' products to life on screen, 24 hours a day,
nationwide.
Located in a very prominent position on SKY and other platforms, our brand new channel will be
available to tens of millions of homes nationwide. Utilising some seriously clever, custom-builttechnology, we're bringing Shopping TV into the 21st century...this is not your grandma's shopping
TV channel!
This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey!
We're looking for a talented Broadcast Scheduler to join our team to take responsibility for planning
and scheduling our brand-new TV channel.
Excitingly, as a Broadcast Scheduler your decisions will shape our broadcast output. With the help of
some seriously clever tech, you'll be scheduling compelling content for broadcast 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, across cleaning, homewares, kitchen, garden and beauty product categories.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Under the guidance of the channel manager, you will produce schedules for broadcast
output and take appropriate action to maximise the productivity of the schedule, ensuring
the right products are broadcast at the right time
• You will produce the filming schedule, ensuring the widest selection of products and
presenters are bought to air and that all necessary content is filmed on time and is ready for
broadcast
• You'll factor in historical sales performance, content, stock positions, seasonality and more,
to create schedules that drive maximum revenue
• You will review historic schedules to identify areas of risk and opportunity in the future
• You will be aware of stock requirements across the wider business and action airtime holds
where necessary
You'll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
• You will have superb levels of attention to detail
• You'll be a highly organised administrator with superb IT literacy
• You'll be a forward-planner, always working ahead of time and always meeting deadlines
• You'll always be checking to make sure things are done right, every time
• You will have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• You'll have a proven track record in delivering high quality output within strict deadlines
