PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA AS YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDEREDPosition: Post Production Person (part time) required for maternity cover (2 or 3 days a week)Outline: We are looking for someone to take overall responsibility for managing all post production processes and welcome applications from Script Supervisors, Production Managers or experienced Production Co-ordinators.Start: Mid-July 2013Duration: 10 months to 1 yearSalary: Dependant on experienceKey Responsibilities:• Efficient liaison with production staff in order to deliver all aspects of post production.• To attend production start-up meetings and take responsibility for post production close down meetings.• Liaise with Distribution regarding their requirements and ensure they are implemented.• Ensure PasCs, music cue sheets, repeats and residuals etc are completed fully and delivered to broadcasters as per contractual requirements.• Manage internal post production paperwork filing systems.• Together with Finance Manager ensure that final delivery and final payment tranche is co-ordinated.• Liaising with Royalties Manager to ensure that all music licences are complete and music registered.• Inform Legal & Business Affairs, Director of Production, Production Executive and Finance Manager of any post production problems.• Meet with necessary production staff throughout the production process to ensure that they are on target with delivery.• Liaise with the library to make sure that in-house deliverables are made.• Chase up any outstanding items after close down.• Advise on general post production issues as required.Core Skills:• Minimum 3 years production experience including the completion of post production paperwork• Excellent understanding of post production clearances procedures• Excellent communication skills• Excellent attention to detail• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills• Good understanding of contractual process both with broadcasters and talent• Ability to work across different parts of the business• Ability to deliver to agreed objectives, to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
