You will be working as part of a small team on a variety of film and animation projects and will report to the Account Director. The role requires a decisive and detailed-focused individual who can work well in a team to assist the creative team ensuring the high quality delivery of projects as well as the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will be confident, organised, detail-focused and able to run things independently.

Duties will include:
-Management of individual film projects
-liaising with clients from pre-production to delivery
-script drafting/shot planning/scheduling
-booking crew/travel/equipment/couriers
-attending shoots
-directing production team
-conducting interviews
-briefing editors and maintaining quality of content

-Office management and administrative duties
-managing office project schedule
-ensuring on-time delivery of projects
-answering telephones/post runs
-maintaining databases including production slate, archives
-maintaining office stationery and general housekeeping duties
-DVD production and delivery
-occasional research for creative and proposals

Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
Probation period: 3 Months
Location: Shoreditch, London
