Are you passionate about capturing content and crafting compelling stories through video? We're looking for someone with both filming and editing skills, to join us at our Leigh-on-Sea office where you'll collaborate with a dynamic, creative team to bring our clients' visions to life. From filming on location to developing and editing for digital platforms, you'll play a pivotal role in producing captivating visual experiences.This is an exciting time to join Storm as we are about to launch Leigh-on-Sea's first soundproof filming and podcast studio set within a 2000 sq. ft. custom-built facility, with a 9 metre cyclorama and 3 podcast sets.Job requirementsDay-to-day you'll be:Assisting the production team by attending and filming on video shoots across various locations (you'll work alongside a team of other creatives and directors)Editing different types, formats and sizes of content for digital and social channels; this will be across multiple B2B and B2C clients to produce pieces ranging from animations and motion graphics through to product explainers, interview Q&As, corporate brand videos and much moreWorking closely with the design team, feeding into creative concept meetings and inputting ideas into storyboards for certain projectsSupporting any additional ad-hoc or internal video/editing tasks as requiredRequirements:At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar roleCompetent in video editing, using Adobe's Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects)Experience in filming on shoot locations with a strong understanding of equipment, lighting and production set-ups??Must be a creative thinker and have the ability to come up with ideas and conceptsA good eye for design and composition and the ability to produce clean content through animation and motion graphics - you must have a portfolio to demonstrate thisAbility to work well under pressure and time constraints, delivering content on time and on budget for our clientsGenuine interest and curiosity in learning and researching new editing/filming styles and techniquesBenefits:You'll be joining an award-winning agencyAllocated budget for training, conferences, workshops, mentoringThe opportunity to work with a prestigious client base'Years of service' bonus and profit share scheme'Years of service' gifted holiday schemeRegular social events throughout the yearHow to Apply:If you are enthusiastic about filming and video editing, and possess the skills and qualities outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
