Main Responsibilities

Develop and package the Daily Mail content for social distribution.
Assist with the daily maintenance of all the official Daily Mail accounts to engage with readers and drive traffic.
Monitor daily social media analytics to gauge success of social media efforts and initiatives.
Assist with coordination of and social interaction during live events such as award shows.
Monitor the competitive landscape, identify traffic-driving trends in social media and news consumption.

Person Specification

Experience managing social media platforms for a digital media publication.
Demonstrated ability to use social media to distribute content and engage with audience.
Experience with social flow
A clear understanding of the voice of the content
Ability to gather and analyse social media data and analytics.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook and how it can be leveraged to promote publisher content.
Experience with online monitoring and social media measurement platforms, especially Facebook Insights
Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro is desirable.
