Channel Administrator

An Assistant is required to work within the internal Communications Department of one of our major clients . The role would involve assisting our Strategic Channel Account Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Business Television Network.

The successful candidate needs to be well organised and be an excellent communicator. The role would involve:
Assisting in the production of a weekly magazine Business TV programme.
Researching script content.
Ensuring all Contributors are aware of their requirements for filming.
Co-Ordinating filming dates & times with contributors
Collating of all content into the weekly script
Liaise with the Mezzo Production team in terms of requirements for crew, GFX, edit etc
They would be expected to assist in compiling viewing figures data
Manage The Strategic Channel Account Managers inbox/calendar/voicemail when required
Assist in Comms admin relating to film when required
Co-Ordinate site visits / Focus groups
Collate for feedback
