We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our News Broadcasting team, working on talkSPORT and Virgin Radio. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social, and has no problem taking a project from brief, to ideation and into production. You'll be tasked with responding to big moments in the sporting/music/cultural calendar with clever, attention-grabbing content that will drive fame for the News Broadcasting brands.



What the role looks like

Develop and produce exceptional, social-first content marketing ideas

Be a content specialist, understanding the roles and production constraints of different content types (especially video) on social platforms

Specialise in social-led activations but be familiar with creating integrated campaigns

Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution to clients throughout each project





Skills and experience we'd like you to have

Creative experience in a social-led creative, marketing or advertising environment

Practical craft skills as well as conceptual thinking

Strong design and video editing capabilities, ideally with a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

A passion for sport, particularly football, and culture

Experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of how budgets work, scope of work and realistic deliverables

Proven track record delivering creatively and commercially successful projects

Ability to sell ideas through pitch presentations
