Content Creator/ Producer

Thanks to some sensational new client wins and an ambitious growth period ahead, we have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator to join our ambitious and fast-paced Manchester team.

As a Content Creator, you will play a lead role in developing and producing engaging content across various platforms for some of the UK's most well known brands.

More about the role

The role is full-time and on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for -

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand content requirements and campaign objectives
Managing projects from concept to completion, shooting, editing, and posting content for brands
Developing creative concepts, storylines and content strategies to effectively convey the client's brand message
Create high-quality, engaging and shareable content using different and appropriate methods
Editing, proof reading and enhancing content to maintain consistency in tone, style and brand guidelines, and adapting for different platforms and their usage/audiences
Collaborating with other teams to develop integrated campaigns that deliver against objectives
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital platforms to ensure content remains innovative and relevant
Reacting to trends to ensure viral and engaging content
Optimising content for search engines and monitoring performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Supporting the senior team with proposal development
Attending events, stunts and client meetings
Essential experience/ requirements

Approx. 3 years experience delivering quality, engaging content across big brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment
Proficiency in editing software including but not linked to; Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects
Ability to storyboard visual concepts aligning to video briefs
Experience of planning shoots, including; arranging and setting up filming equipment, supporting with creative direction and supporting with managing client relations at the shoot
Highly creative with a passion for storytelling and creating world-class content
Ability to create social first content, both graphics and motion graphics
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, different ratios, and best practices
Proficiency in using social media platforms and an understanding of different formats across each platform
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced and dynamic agency environment
Familiarity with current digital trends across social media and influencer marketing
