We are seeking an experienced Post Production Executive to support our internal teams and external partners to manage post production and deliver content to Netflix. The RoleThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, effective communication and able to exercise good judgment and initiative.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the onboarding process (and any required training) for production companies and post supervisors to the Netflix ecosystem, tools, and resourcesSet up, schedule, and lead initial post kick-off process with the production partner introducing them to the post requirementsSet up and attend ongoing post meetings for partner-managed productionsOversee the calendars in Netflix tools to ensure production companies are inputting the latest and most up to date information on cuts, lock dates, finishing and deliverablesKeep across all cuts during the editorial process ensuring they are being communicated to content teams and meeting deadlinesInputting all minimum data, and any other data that is known, into all relevant Netflix tools, and in a timely mannerCoordinating the credit approvals process with production, content and legalManaging all clip requests that come in for marketing or pressOrganising screenings as requiredResponsible for ensuring we have internal creative lock before any final post work starts, and/ or managing change logs as appropriate Overseeing and managing the deliverables process - ensuring all deliverables are coming in as per deadlines for internal teams - including post paperwork and all post assetsCollecting de-brief documents from partners at the end of postResponsible for communicating to finance when all deliverables are inAny other duties as necessary to support the productions and the departmentDesirable skills and experience:5+ Years of Post Management experience working in non-fiction contentAbility to handle a fast paced environment supervising several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery)Familiar with the current trends and workflows for both UHD/4K and HDRAbility to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent mattersTeam-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented settingAbility to be discrete and maintain confidential informationUnderstanding of how to prioritize and respond accordinglyWillingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current post processStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-taskProficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Mail
