The role as Costume Supervisor is to support and promote the effective, efficient and exemplary running of the Wear Wimbledon operation on a daily basis.
Your job is built around providing an exemplary level of customer service and the ability to positively and professionally respond to all client and company needs.
Manage all Operational aspects of the Wear Wimbledon business on a daily basis.
Manage, maintain and improve existing stock and react to needs/demands of clients as well as current Costume trends.
Drive marketing and PR and identify new business opportunities through customer, agency and marketing feedback as well as building new client/industry relationships.
Manage the working budget of all cost centre areas including Marketing, PR and all operational costs.
Identify and implement any opportunities for cross selling within Wimbledon Studios and The Media Village, and liaise with all Production or Media Village clients to develop further opportunities where possible.
Answer and develop new enquiries that come in both over the phone, email, and from productions based on site.
Act as main point of contact for any external Costume enquiries and provide a 'cradle to grave' service for them throughout their hire period.
Provide hire quotes tailored to each specific customer needs.
Invoicing and accounts keeping
Pulling costume rails together of civilian clothing and making up uniforms as per the specification of the client.
Organising on site fittings with the Studio Manager.
Knowledge of uniforms, specifically police. Working and complying with rules set by MET Police film unit.
Meeting sales targets set by the Managing Director
