How you make it all possible...

Developing B2B and B2C live events, exhibitions and experiential solutions that directly lead to achieving clients' marketing/employee communications goals
Designing compelling creative concepts that make the most of your budget
Development of creative ideas and concepts in response to the client's project specifications. This includes content ideas for 3D design, 2D design, texts, films, digital, AV technology and animation elements
Organizing and conducting creative sessions with various team members
Assuming responsibility and leadership for the conception and presentations for customer meetings in which other team members may also be involved
Personal pitches to customers, including the development of various content for this
Collaborate with our business development and client teams, as well as various production teams, in developing concepts and assisting in the preparation of proposals, including writing and presenting coherent and convincing arguments for client projects
Researching creative concepts, new technologies and trends to compile relevant information for the development of ideas and formulated concepts
Lead other team members from all departments, including external project partners, to ensure high quality and timely feedback is delivered
Management of external production partners who work with us on a project
A flexible, adaptable approach to work that adapts to and influences the way the client works
Maintain the high quality of our creative and productive output by maintaining consistently high standards for yourself and others on the team
Proactively expanding the creative capabilities of the DRP Group
Ensure internal and external brand compliance by staying up to date on resources and changes.
Ten years + creative experience in live events for blue-chip companies
In-depth knowledge of communication strategies for internal and external target groups
Extensive experience in the creative management of projects from conception to completion with attention to detail and understanding of the goals and value creation
In-depth understanding of B2C and B2B communication and performance systems, processes and industry best practices
Understanding of spatial and 3D design at a level that provides clear instructions for a design team
Knowledge of techniques and materials for event construction is an advantage
A clear understanding of the meaning and relevance of a customer's brand
Ability to assess both implementation and economic efficiency to estimate that projects can be implemented within the agreed budget
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to lead and help other team members develop, including setting priorities and planning work assignments
Acting responsibly to gain the trust of others
Confident use of Word, PowerPoint and Keynote
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones
Positive attitude towards challenging situations and multitasking
Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure, with impeccable time management to meet all deadlines

This role will primarily be based in our office in Cologne, but there will be times when you will need to work from our other locations. Our projects are often international, so your flexibility is very important to us.
