Dragonfly are looking for a Development AP to join our team in London.?

Applicants should have at least two years' experience working within unscripted and/or documentary development, with a proven track record in originating ideas and development materials for broadcast networks or streamers.

Applicants should also have strong writing skills capable of writing and producing decks, experience in story and character finding, and experience in casting. Applicants will be happy contacting and working with contributors directly, and securing 'access' where relevant in the development/pre-production phase.

Ability to use editing software to create casting tapes and visual references for pitches would be a bonus.

The role is based in our London office and will start August/September, depending on availability.
