Conducting thorough market and narrative research to inform project direction
Providing strategic guidance and feedback to writers throughout the story and script development process
Conducting comprehensive script reviews and editing to ensure market resonance and global appeal
Exercise exceptional creative and business judgment, staying informed on entertainment trends and contributing to development

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in developing successful feature films
A proven track record of shepherding projects from concept through to production
Extensive background in script editing and development is essential
Strong creative vision and the ability to offer valuable creative input
Established network with high-caliber talent (writers and directors) in both the UK and US markets
Deep understanding of the global film industry and market trends
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Expertise in the thriller and drama genres
In-depth knowledge of the UK and US entertainment landscapes
2+ years of development and production experience
