Experienced Development Researcher with good writing skills to originate and write up popular factual, and factual entertainment VT pitches for The One Show.

There will be new idea generation, alongside the key task of turning existing ones into compelling pitches that really pop off the page.

We'd love to find someone with experience of working on the One Show, with a successful track record in creating commissioned films.

You will have a tabloid journalist sense of how to construct a "must have" factual pitch with heart and topicality.

You'll have a flair for matching a presenter, comedian or celebrity to give some pitches a popular appeal that fits the show and its audience.

Fact checking, concise writing and laying out 1-pagers with visual appeal are also key skills.
