We are looking for a digital Executive to join our digital team in Norwich.



You will be working on client briefs, sales presentations, social marketing, website design, storyboards and planning Digital Audio alongside creating and managing campaigns on our radio stations websites in a multi-discipline team. You'll be a multi-skilled designer who's capable of working on the assets as well as facilitating in the client pitch, administering and managing a campaign.





Our Team



Representing commercial digital in Bauer Audio's South region you will be part of a highly skilled, successful, and growing team. Collaborating across the South of England and beyond, you'll be part of an extensive team of Digital, Branded Content and Creative professionals working on client projects across Bauer Media's premium brands.



This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a media environment on leading brands like Magic FM, Absolute Radio, Jazz FM, Kiss FM, Greatest Hits Radio and Hits Radio.



You will be working from home and our office location in Norwich, we will also consider candidates in the Bristol or Fareham area.



Key Responsibilities



Working in a growing multi-skilled team supporting our account managers, you'll be strategizing, designing and implementing campaigns that perfectly fit a client's brief. You'll have responsibilities in



Campaign briefing, creation, administration and management
Presentations and client pitches
Design
Social Media
Tracking and measurement
Campaign administration


What we're looking for



You will be an innovative, creative and commercially minded digital-all-rounder who excels in bringing ideas to life visually through design and you are comfortable sharing and presenting your work.??When a non-obvious answer or solution is needed, you can be relied upon to find it. You will be a?driven person who strives to achieve financial targets, embodies Bauer Media's values, strategy and has a thirst of learning and developing new skills.



A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (ideally Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and After Effects)
A great design portfolio whilst commercially minded
Great communicator: Able to brief, plan, present, manage and administer multi-platform client campaigns
A good grasp of responsive web design and a working knowledge of WordPress/Shopify
Excellent organisational skills and able to work to extremely tight deadlines
