Events Administrator

London

RGL is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organisational, communication and analytical skills to join our growing Overseas Light Trail team. This role involves assisting management, coordinating office activities, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Experience is not required in the events industry specifically, but the role needs someone with a genuine willingness to engage and be part of an exciting and committed team.

What you'll do:
Co-ordinate diary liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders, arranging Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings & assist in circulating meeting agendas.
Attend SMT meetings either virtually, or on location where required, taking minutes and action notes, and regularly following up on task completion.
Setting up and proofreading of booking processes ahead of on-sale(s), with ongoing monitoring throughout the year.
Setting up and / or updating and circulating sales reports for international projects.
Support wider team / ticket agents in customer service responsibilities.
Support financial management of international projects, inclusive of: budget setting, budget amendments, cost and revenue account tracking, secondary income forecasting and / or tracking.
Assist with management of secondary income across the portfolio.
Any other reasonable task as might be required by the role, to support the Light Trail and Ticketing teams.

Well-organised, excellent at multi-tasking, prioritising, deadline focused but with a flexible approach
Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive and demonstrates initiative, drive and commitment to achieve objectives
Uses interpersonal skills to establish excellent rapport and working relationships
