We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Midweight Graphic Designer.

The ideal candidate has gained experience as a Middleweight Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showing varied and integrated design with exposure to branding and print collateral, ideally with a beauty or fashion background.

We are looking for a confident communicator, who can comfortably work in a small team of designers, taking briefs and coming up with great conceptual designs. In this role you will report into Head of Design.

Responsible of delivering creative design projects from start to finish, taking ownership of a brief from concept to completion. Managing your own assignments and time to meet deadlines.

You'll be able to think creatively, a meticulous eye for detail, and believe in consistently delivering high quality designs.

The ability to bring content to life, from concept to delivery across PR assets, marketing collateral, and larger campaigns.

The role can be fast-paced, and it would suit a flexible, enthusiastic creative who enjoys working on a variety of projects.

Requirements
Some Attributes we are looking for:
You will be a passionate designer with commercial awareness and experience in designing across both print and digital media. With a keen eye for layout and typography.
Translate briefs from a variety of departments and produce press ready artwork files.
Have a strategic mind and be able to think on your feet. You will understand the latest trends, be a keen researcher and always looking to create innovative collateral.
Participate in the design review and presentation meetings.
Regular one-to-one meetings with cross functional department members and line manager.
You will have an appreciation of brand guidelines and understanding of when they can be challenged and developed.
BA in graphic design of the Arts and experience in the graphic design field.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
You will have a portfolio showcasing work as well as your creative process.
