DHP Studios is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to manage the production department and to deliver the following:
Day to day running of production.
Develop long lasting and trusted relationships with our clients; creatives, agencies, brands, account handers & project managers.
Build the business through relationship management and marketing. Such as attending networking and events on behalf of the company
Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to our high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget
Maintain at all times a good open dialogue with clients, and be able to manage their expectations
Work with a team of Producers, Editors, Edit Assistants, Interns, Animators and Freelancers
Arrange briefings with clients, find out proposed budget, agree a quote, assign producers and operators, book edit/animation time, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progress
Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place
Play an active role defining problems, recommending solutions and establishing resourceful conclusions both internally and externally with the Company
Check that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget
Financial reporting on a monthly basis including WIP and billings.
Be responsible for all invoices, quotes and minor day to day accounts.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Producer with the ability to:
Manage individuals & teams
Manage different projects on various budgets and time scales
Must have experience working in the corporate and commercial film sector. It would be desirable for the candidate to have experience working with agencies and brands as well.
Worked with budgets from £5k to £100k
Support and solicit input from team members at all levels
Maintain lasting client relationships internally & externally
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised, pro-active, multi skilled and used to multi tasking.
Able to take pressure, negotiate with clients and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Proficient in both Mac/Pc software especially Microsoft Office
Would be good to have previous experience with Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, Cinema 4D
Be upbeat, driven and ready to go!
We will need the right person to start end of May.
