DHP Studios is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to manage the production department and to deliver the following:Day to day running of production.Develop long lasting and trusted relationships with our clients; creatives, agencies, brands, account handers & project managers.Build the business through relationship management and marketing. Such as attending networking and events on behalf of the companyMake sure that the assigned projects are produced to our high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budgetMaintain at all times a good open dialogue with clients, and be able to manage their expectationsWork with a team of Producers, Editors, Edit Assistants, Interns, Animators and FreelancersArrange briefings with clients, find out proposed budget, agree a quote, assign producers and operators, book edit/animation time, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progressBe responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct placePlay an active role defining problems, recommending solutions and establishing resourceful conclusions both internally and externally with the CompanyCheck that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budgetFinancial reporting on a monthly basis including WIP and billings.Be responsible for all invoices, quotes and minor day to day accounts. The successful candidate will be an experienced Producer with the ability to:Manage individuals & teamsManage different projects on various budgets and time scalesMust have experience working in the corporate and commercial film sector. It would be desirable for the candidate to have experience working with agencies and brands as well.Worked with budgets from £5k to £100kSupport and solicit input from team members at all levelsMaintain lasting client relationships internally & externallyExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised, pro-active, multi skilled and used to multi tasking.Able to take pressure, negotiate with clients and deliver solutions in a timely manner.Proficient in both Mac/Pc software especially Microsoft OfficeWould be good to have previous experience with Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, Cinema 4DBe upbeat, driven and ready to go!
