Sky Creative is looking for a Producer to work 360 advertising campaigns (TV, AV, OLV, Digital, OOH, Print, Radio, Social) within the Prems team (Cinema and Sport). You'll be budgeting and scheduling projects and helping to pull together a team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role is suited to someone with proven experience across TV (promo and commercial).

What you'll do:

Efficiently and brilliantly produce 360 Prems campaigns, ensuring successful delivery of all On Air & Off air elements.
Produce specific campaign based projects, scoping out effective production solutions to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsible for liaising with wider internal teams and external suppliers.
Managing feedback and approvals process both within Sky Creative and the wider business.
Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers.
Negotiate the best deals for Sky throughout the production process, whilst maintaining quality of work.
Lead on all negotiations with agents/production companies for on and off screen talent.
Use and maintain an up to date 'black book' to widen the range of talent Sky Creative works with and, when required, make this resource available to the rest of the department.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience with 360 production and post-production, gained in either a broadcast media, advertising agency or production company background or equivalent is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery.
Demonstrable production and broadcast technology experience - knowledge of formats, cameras, lighting, studio and location equipment as well as media management and post production workflow including VFX and audio.
Great communication skills - able to maintain and build relationships internally and externally.
Strong organisational skills particularly those involving complex 360 production techniques for all media - digital, video, print and stills.
