**International Ob Doc Experienced PC required**Rare TV are recruiting for a an experienced, highly organised PC for a returning aviation series based in Africa. This candidate will have a breadth of experience setting up and filming internationally, enjoy being on location whilst having excellent attention to detail and a pro active attitude. Must be able to hit the ground running working alongside our existing production team.This role is based in Johannesburg from 24th June 2024 until end of October 2024 however we are open to applicants with shorter availability for the first or second half of the shoot and splitting the duration.The role will then continue into the edit and the contract would be until end of March 2025. For this you would be based between our office in Farringdon and our Edit House in Waterloo, working in the office 4 days a week and Fridays from home. We are also open to finding a Post-Production Coordinator for this part of the contract, however would prefer to have someone who has continued from the shoot.Key Responsibilities:· Collate shoot information to create call sheets and movement orders.· Plan detailed logistics for shoots including all travel & accommodation· Handle finance management; create Purchase Orders, forecast POs, reconcile credit cards, manage expenses and petty cash.· Release Form management · Post-Production paperwork· Working alongside Production to be the right hand person in the day to day running of the shoot and managing a happy team!Qualifications Required:· Experience in setting up and managing international shoots· Ability to travel on location - ideally you will have previous experience of working on location.· Strong organisational and multitasking skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Experience with PMI preferable but not essential· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment· Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail· Most importantly have a friendly, positive can do attitudePlease only apply for this role if you have the relevant experience.
