The key accountabilities and responsibilities of the role

To manage the day-to-day workload across the team
To take ownership of the QC process across the team
Split time 60% working and 40% leading
Ensure artwork briefs are ready and briefed on time
Ensure deadlines are hit
Collaborate with squad leads and resource team
Manage the team of artworkers, digital production specialists, proof readers and print managers.
