Livewire Pictures, part of the Hat Trick Group, are looking for an experienced Production Secretary or Junior Production Coordinator to come on board and work on two lovely event shows this summer.
The role would start 11th July and will be 7 weeks with the potential to extend.

Key requirements:
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of collating and delivering production paperwork would be desirable
• Experience with GDPR information
• Organised and thorough

It would be beneficial but non-essential to also have experience in post paperwork and OB filming.
This would be an ideal role for a Production Secretary ready to step up or anyone looking for experience in live events.

This is a London-based production, with both remote working and office work. We are interested in receiving applications from disabled people or other under-represented groups in our industry.
