This is an exciting role for a Project Manager with experience of localisation to work on an iconic global tech brand here at Hogarth. Working as part of a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, the Project Manager has day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom (Marketing Communications) team and works closely with their Producers, Print Production Manager, and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to originate and/or adapt channel campaigns in Europe. Reporting lines and key stakeholders: Build strong client relationships Manage all aspects of Channel Marketing asset localization and production projects, including creating briefs and updating timing plans, contact reports and cost estimates Contribute to frequent internal and client status meetings, set and manage client expectations ensuring agreed workflows are followed Flag important scope of work fluctuations to line manager Build successful relationships with internal teams (Studio, Print Production, Operations) Brief studio and print production teams, and ensure that the correct creative direction is being taken Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering, act as a brand QC/Guardian - always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed Ensure the account consistently delivers against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology Resolve and/or escalate issues swiftly Identify bottlenecks, work with the Senior Project Manager to optimize processes RequirementsSolid agency experience gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production. Localization experience is a must. Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations, internal processes and department involvement Excellent communication skills, written and verbal The ability to write and present documents Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers. Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight timeframes Demonstrate clear thinking under pressure Must be able to work onsite full time with the team in London for 3-4 weeks, up to 3 times per year (hybrid working the rest of the time)
