With a reputation for delivering creative and impactful visual content, we are expanding our operations to Doha, Qatar, to support a new and substantial client engagement. We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Video Producer and Director to lead our production efforts in Doha and spearhead the growth of our corporate video business in the region.

Role Overview:
The Corporate Video Producer and Director will be responsible for managing and delivering a significant volume of video and photography content for a key client based in Doha. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the client's objectives. In addition to production responsibilities, the successful candidate will be tasked with expanding our corporate video business in Doha, cultivating new client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production:

- Lead the end-to-end production of corporate videos and photography, from initial concept through to post-production.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring all content is tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Direct and manage on-location shoots, ensuring that all technical and creative elements are executed to the highest standard.
- Oversee the editing and post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong, positive relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with all deliverables.
- Provide creative direction and advice to clients, helping them to achieve their communication goals through visual media.
Business Development:

- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow our corporate video services in Doha, developing a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Doha market, including corporate clients, agencies, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence and market share in the region.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, manage, and mentor local production teams, ensuring they adhere to company standards and deliver exceptional work.
- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

- Manage production budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services for production needs.

Skills and Experience:

- At least five years as a Corporate Video Producer and Director, with a strong portfolio of corporate video and photography work.
- Extensive knowledge of video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual content.
- Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Business development experience, ideally in a corporate or media setting, with a demonstrated ability to grow a service offering.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Arabic would be advantageous)
- Experience with video editing software and familiarity with the latest production technologies.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Relevant industry certifications or training would be advantageous.

Additional Information:

This position is based in Doha, Qatar, and will require relocation if the candidate is not already residing in the region.
The role may involve travel within the region to meet with clients and oversee production activities.
