We are looking for a Senior Social Media Producer to join the team at KISS.



This is an exciting opportunity to create social media content for one of the UK's biggest radio networks. As a Senior Social Media Producer, you will be planning and creating digital content for our station KISS with a focus on KISS Breakfast, working with our presenters, artists, and entertainment talent to bring the brand to life for our 15 to 35-year-old digital audience.



Reporting to the Digital Editor, you will be at the heart of our digital content strategy, producing and curating content that drives engagement and amplifies the reach of the show. You will work closely with the KISS Breakfast team to create dynamic, multimedia content that captures the essence of the show and resonates with our audience. As well as collaborating with other teams around the KISS network, including Production, Marketing, Programming, Music, and Commercial. This role is perfect for a creative individual with strong digital content skills and a deep understanding of what engages audiences on social media.



This is a hands-on production role. You will be planning and producing content as much as you will be capturing and editing it. We're looking for someone who can have an idea and turn it around themselves. You are somebody who is confident and shows initiative in bringing fresh thoughts to the table and able to build working relationships with both our talent and the wider KISS team.



This is an office/studio-based role 4-5 days a week in London.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and produce engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, photos, and written posts tailored to KISS and KISS Breakfast's audience.
Collaborate with the KISS Breakfast team to generate creative ideas and content that reflects the show's dynamic and fun atmosphere with talent and guests.
Monitor and analyse social media trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates to keep KISS Breakfast's social media presence current and effective.
Engage with KISS' audience across all social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Manage KISS' social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Support the Digital Editor in day-to-day planning and wider projects.
Work with the wider KISS and KISS Fresh team on station initiatives and commercial projects.
Deputise for Digital Editor and mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure all content aligns with KISS brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.
Work out of hours at KISS radio events, live posting on our social media platforms and creating content on the go, when required.




What You'll Bring:

A social media professional with an excellent understanding of social media, particularly the creation of engaging, optimised content for various platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
Comfortable capturing content on mobile as well as confident in directing talent and briefing other team members where necessary.
Confident in presenting ideas and approaching challenges with a positive attitude
Collaborative mindset, organised, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and experience in planning and scheduling content across them.
Highly proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and apps like CapCut.
Ability to film content using Canon or Sony cameras is a plus but not a requirement.
Ability to design social thumbnails and graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
Confident social copywriter who can write in the KISS and KISS Fresh brand tone of voice.
Proactive and able to communicate effectively with other departments across the business.
Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
