Senior Technician

Stockton-On-Tees

Our expertise and capabilities enable producers and other creatives to bring their visions to life and create unforgettable performances for audiences, presented in our landmark venues and delivered with exceptional hospitality. It is the passion of our teams, that cover every discipline across the live entertainment industry, that underpins our continuing strategic growth and success.

Stockton Globe was built in 1935 and had its first heyday in the 1960's and 70's when many of the most iconic musicians played, Tom Jones, Shirley Basset, Status Quo and The Rolling Stones. Cliff Richard and Shadows wrote the music for Summer Holiday here and famously the Beatles played here the night JFK was shot. After the venue closed its doors it had a new life as a Mecca Bingo Hall before closing its doors in the late 1990's. A £28 million renovation finished in 2021 saw ATG take over as its new operator with its brief to bring the Stars back to Stockton. Once again Stockton is hosting some of the greatest contemporary music artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Morrissey and Paloma Faith and a wealth of the best Comedians touring the country today, including Michael Macintyre, Sarah Millican, John Bishop to name but a few. Stockton Globe is one of ATG's Music, Comedy and Events venues. Its team are passionate about live entertainment and events committed to providing the highest quality experience to its customers and performers to ensure we are the first choice venue in the North East.

People are at the heart of our success. We are passionate about bringing great live experiences to the widest possible audience; about giving the world's best creative talent the stage it deserves; and about providing our people and partners with opportunities to realise their full potential.
