We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior VFX Producer to join our team in London and contribute to our continued growth and success. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the visual effects production process, from initial concept development to final delivery. The Senior VFX Producer will work closely with our clients, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Manage all aspects of the visual effects production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationWork closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met or exceededCollaborate with artists, supervisors, and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions and achieve project goalsEnsure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of qualityIdentify and mitigate project risks, and communicate them to stakeholders as neededBuild and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry partnersMentor and train junior producers and other team members as neededStay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and share your knowledge with the teamOther duties, as required and assignedQualificationsRequired qualifications and background:Strong experience in visual effects production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality workStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, artists, and other stakeholdersStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best workDeep knowledge of the visual effects production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationFamiliarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Flame, Maya, Nuke, and HoudiniExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges
