You will be working within the WBSL Lighting & Rigging Production Equipment Department and will be responsible for raising invoices of the Set Lighting and Rigging businesses. You will also be providing administration support to the whole department.

Your role accountabilities...

Raise and issue invoices in a timely manner in accordance with diary and schedules, to ensure payments are made on time.
Record all invoices on relevant spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance of paperwork is collated and filed.
Support with the recording and submission of overtime sheets for the department.
Assisting with submission of Driver Tacho's and Vehicles to FTA (Logistics UK)
Updating driver hours information on Vision for the Rigging team
Creating pass access via VM Easy for visitors and contractors including vehicle access via the On Lot system.
Management of Set Lighting & Rigging and SCSL Invoicing inboxes.
Assisting with setting-up suppliers on system.
Support the Set Lighting & Rigging team on all administration and calls.
Provide support to the Hire Desk team where required.

Qualifications & experiences...

Previous experience in an administration role.
Experience of using SAP.
Previous experience within the set lighting industry would be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and with changing priorities.
