Talent Coordinator

EMG/Gravity Media are looking for a Talent Coordinator who is passionate about providing day-to-day operational best-in-class support across all facets of talent management. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, enjoy a varied role with a positive and engaging approach. These activities will involve support in direct recruiting activities, job posting, interviews management and ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and employees. This role is required for a six-month period on a fixed term contract.

JOB PURPOSE
EMG/Gravity Media are looking for a Talent Coordinator who is passionate about providing day-to-day operational best-in-class support across all facets of talent management. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, enjoy a varied role with a positive and engaging approach. These activities will involve support in direct recruiting activities, job posting, interviews management and ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and employees. This role is required for a six-month period on a fixed term contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with the HR Business Partner and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure accurate and compliant immigration processes for relevant candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance our recruitment efforts.
• Support with the coordination of the onboarding of new hires to ensure a positive experience

EXPERIENCE PROFILE
• 2 - 3 years plus experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in EMEA
• Experience in providing advice and global mobility support across European locations.
• Experience processing
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
