Talent Manager

London

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Manager to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a select roster of talent, driving their careers, and securing partnerships and opportunities in the ever-evolving entertainment landscape.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Independently oversee a portfolio of emerging and established talents, guiding their career trajectories and fostering long-term growth.
Scout and sign new talent, ensuring a strategic and impactful expansion of our roster.
Develop and execute strategies, focusing on long-term career sustainability and revenue growth.
Handle contract negotiations independently, maintaining high standards and securing favourable terms
Cultivate and manage relationships with key agencies, brands, and external stakeholders on behalf of talent and DBE.
Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges or obstacles in projects, ensuring proactive solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in talent management or related fields within entertainment.
Up-to-date with industry trends, social media, and talent management developments.
Proficient in contract negotiation and securing commercial partnerships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to generate new business and upsell effectively.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to manage multiple projects concurrently.
