As VFX Line Producer you'll be responsible for liaising with every department involved in a VFX project, including: Editors, VFX Supervisors, Producers and Directors. You will be working very closely with the VFX Producer and reporting to the Head of Production.We are open to hearing from experienced Production Coordinators who have an understanding and desire to manage projects.Job Description:• Working as part of a collaborative team with the Head of Production, VFX Producers, Co-ordinators and Editor to manage multiple projects through the studio• With relevant production, supervision and HoDs, creating the overall show and asset schedules• Managing the project milestones and deliveries / deliverables• Maintaining task assignments for teams, anticipating potential staffing changes based on development or creative shifts• Ensuring the flow of information across the show, i.e. the production database is current, dailies / reviews are scheduled and attended, client feedback is reviewedand delivered to crew in a timely and clear manner• Maintaining accurate summary of work in progress, tracking actual days on projects and reporting these to the VFX Producer / Head of Production• Supervising any show Co-ordinators alongside the VFX Producer / Head of Production, their workload, processes and responsibilities• Proactively problem solving - anticipating and communicating issues to the VFX producer / Head of Production and supervisors to resolve problems quickly• Liase with the client re. post schedule, submission feedback and general queries• Maintaining a positive and professional production office, being pro-active and solution oriented for all members of the teamRequirements:• 3+ years experience working within a production related industry, at least 1 year specifically within VFX• An understanding of the VFX pipeline, processes and terminologies• Strong scheduling experience• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word) and production databases, including Shotgrid• Excellent organisation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work well under pressure and within a team towards a common goalPlease send your CV specifying.Please also include references if available.Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.More about the companyNVIZ delivers ingenious solutions and meaningful content for visual storytellers.
