Join StudioB as we seek a versatile Editor and Videographer passionate about social media and music, to craft captivating content for a music artist's platform.

We are in search of an experienced creative Videographer and Editor, a true all-rounder in the film world, to join our innovative team. This role requires someone with great skills in editing and filming, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling to elevate our content to new heights.

Your primary responsibility will involve managing the social media channels of a music artist, which includes posting content on their channels every day.

Responsibilities:

You'll be in charge of the editing process for the short social videos that will be posted on the musician's platform, making sure that the content delivered is of top-notch quality and in line with our creative vision.
Demonstrate proficiency in camera operation and going on small 1-3 man shoots to capture multiple pieces of content for the social channels.
Collaborate closely with our team to conceptualise, plan, and execute creative ideas that push the boundaries of social media storytelling.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on editing techniques, videography skills, and overall project execution.

Key Skills:

Strong passion for social media and music, with a solid understanding of various platforms and their respective audiences.
Experience in social media video editing and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility and creativity.
Proficient understanding of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
Good knowledge of camera equipment and videography techniques, with the ability to adapt to different shooting environments and styles.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
