An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful two years at the end of April 2022.

Our mobile app delivers over 1000 workouts, with 18 coaches, across 14 disciplines and is accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever. We are delighted to have recently expanded to Latin American regions, with even bigger plans for the future.

Continuing to disrupt the fitness industry, WithU is now expanding to TV.

The Role:

A motivated and dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail who can operate independently as well as part of a team to create high quality content, problem solve on the fly, and multi-task under tight deadlines.

Primary responsibilities will include shooting and editing fitness content to create high quality, polished content for our TV app, social media, sponsored content, and potentially commercial platforms.

The right candidate will be happy to work with the content and product teams to develop and improve production value, work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high quality assets in a variety of styles, primarily in our studio and occasionally in the field, and be able to work independently and with the video team as an editor to bring creative projects to delivery.



Responsibilities:

Reporting to Head of Production & Content

Executing on video projects from start to finish: pre-production, production, and post-production

Studio & location based camera operation

Editing workout and marketing assets - from full workouts and longer-form docu-style pieces, to

short social clips and promotional content

Shooting all required content, including lighting setup, audio and multiple cameras

Shooting content in both studio and occasionally on location

Job requirements
Experience Required:

An all-rounder Videographer with a minimum of 2 years experience in video production and editing. An interest in fitness is optional but preferred. An experienced Camera Operator with demonstrated technical expertise with a range of cameras and other technology (FX6, FX3, A7Siii); experience working on multi-camera sets; and demonstrated knowledge of lighting and audio setups. Photography experience is a bonus.

An experienced Video Editor with demonstrated experience transforming raw footage into highly polished creative assets; demonstrated understanding of story and storytelling; and strong creative instincts.

Pre-production; Creative development, planning & shot-listing
Camera Operation skills
Strong editing experience using Adobe Premiere & After Effects
Additional Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator
Motion graphics and animation experience
File transfer platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive and WeTransfer
Familiar with kit rental platforms & facilities
Ability to organise and prioritise high volumes of deliverables effectively
Audio editing skills in Audition & Logic Pro X are desirable
An interest in technology and the back end of a Tech Production ecosystem
Details:

Full time - £27-£30k per annum
Working Hours: 0900 - 1730 office days, 0800-1630 studio days
