The role will report directly to the two producers and will be required to assist them administratively as the primary function of their job. They will be required to assist both producers simultaneously across each of their schedules and to also assist with any further project requirements. The candidate must have at least two years' in a previous assistant role at a production company, financier or similar. The candidate should have very strong administrative and organisational skills, and a working knowledge of the film industry. POSITION - Assistant to the ProducersSTART DATE - ASAPOFFICE ADDRESS - 32-36 Great Portland Street, W1W 8QX HOURS - Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 18:30SALARY: Dependent on experience RESPONSIBILITIES - Administrative support for the two producers including co-ordinating meetings and travel arrangements as well as other general tasks Extensive diary management for both producers and being the primary point of contact across both film and television projects Participating in weekly meetings and generating action points for these Organising screenings, managing invite lists for these, and booking screening rooms Tracking credit card costs and submitting expenses Co-ordinating schedules with the producers and the wider team whilst the producers are on set, maintaining consistency throughout Printing and binding scripts Watermarking scripts for distribution REQUIREMENTS - At least two years' in a previous assistant role at a production company, financier or similar Experience managing someone's diary and being their primary point of contact A working knowledge of the UK film industry Excellent administrative and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of the management of database information The ability to work closely as part of a team Experience of handling confidential information with tact and sensitivity Enthusiasm for film and television Unfortunately, due to the large number of applications, we will only be able to respond to successful applicants.
