EuroLeague Basketball is often referred to as basketball's most passionate league - and it's easy to see why. From Athens derbies to El Clasicos, club rivalries do not come any more fervent.As the broadcast partner, IMG is responsible for delivering in excess of 500 live commentary matches across both the EuroLeague and EuroCup competitions, every season.With the EuroLeague distributed in over 200 countries, it is without question Europe's premium basketball league.As well as producing the live world feed, IMG's basketball department provides digital content, highlights and features, while also maintaining the league's archive database.The new Content Producer will be responsible for managing a creative team tasked with delivering digital-first content showcasing the best the league has to offer.This is a rare opening to work on a project that is all about opportunity. With a fresh approach to content creation, the successful candidate will work alongside the senior producer to design the look, feel and editorial across all platforms.Basketball knowledge is a bonus, but all enthusiastic Producers should apply.PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until 18th August 2025 based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.You will be required to travel internationally at times and there will be an occasional requirement to work weekends and late nights on game days.Applications will close on Sunday 8th September at 11.59pm UK Time. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:To oversee the production and editorial direction of all content, including World Feed VTs, promos and openers.To deliver on time and on budget.To assist in the definition of the editorial content and align all content creation with Euroleague initiatives.Forward planning, idea generation and the ability to think creatively, and work with others effectively.Close liaison with the Senior Producer to ensure uniformity across all platformsLine management and on-the-job training for production team members including Assistant Producers.Ensuring APs are performing of all their key responsibilities.Responsible for adhering to compliance guidelines.You Will Have The Following Strengths:Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Producer or Producer, particularly in a sports environment.Passion for Basketball and rudimental knowledge of EuroLeagueExperience of edit producing programmes or VT inserts for live.Experience of writing scriptsExperience of the ideation editorial content, with a keen eye for designAbility to team-build - and crucially, to be a team player as well as a team leader.Experience of digital first programming.Understanding of production budgets.Experience of line managing team members.
