To manage the relationships with our clients and creatively produce AV-specific content for the major studios, film & TV production companies, broadcasters, and brands. This includes trailers, TV spots, social content, sales promos, mood reels, digital outdoor, radio spots, campaign concepts and presentations.The role needs someone with a proven ability to work independently and creatively to meet deadlines, while producing high quality results and maintaining a professional attitude. The candidate should have at least 2 years' experience working as a Creative Producer.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESProvide creative support to Editors, ensuring the client's briefs are adhered to whilst maintaining the company's creative integrity and excellence.Liaise with the GFX Creative Team to ensure the creative vision of the motion GFX is technically achievable within the client's budget and timeframe, and the creative vision is met. Production and management of timelines and budgets, resource allocation, both internally and externally.Proactively drive sales through face-to-face appointments, direct client communications and cross-selling.Foster and maintain a positive work culture, maintaining good working relationships across all departments. SKILLS & EXPERIENCECreative Edit ProducingStrong client relationship skillsExcellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects, and strong creative and analytical skills. RELEVANT EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years' experience working as a Creative AV Producer ideally in the Theatrical, broadcast or Home Entertainment industry; working internally alongside offline editors, sound engineers, motion graphic designers, production, trafficking and data IO teams.At least 5 years' client liaison experience.Must have worked on numerous AV campaigns and have a good working knowledge of the specific deliverables required. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of the AV production process from 'script to screen' across all disciplines of AV.Technical knowledge - Footage: Social/HD/Theatrical finishing, including frame rates/aspect ratios/texted & textless/digital delivery specs/integration of motion GFX.
