The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Creative Social Producer who is passionate about social media and content creation to hit the ground running and join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding agency!You'll collaborate with our client services, creative, production, performance, and social teams to help craft and execute cutting-edge paid and social media strategies for top-tier national and international brands.This role is about guiding our clients through the ever-evolving world of social media and creating standout ideas that engage new audiences. You should be fluent in all major platforms, from TikTok to Twitch, and if you've got a track record of capturing content yourself-even better. We're looking for someone who understands culture, has a strong point of view, and knows how to align it with a brand's vision to deliver results-whether it's follows, clicks, sales, or just grabbing attention. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate decks & present creative proposals and original ideas for new projects or opportunities driven by social strategy.Work with our strategy & social team to develop creative content concepts which align with our client content strategies - bridging data & creative.Be involved with weekly creative ideation sessions, developing weekly content.Manage and work on the production of scripts, storyboards and mock-up's to sell the idea and ensure consistency of vision. You will host client design meetings and calls and be the main client contact throughout production stages.Work with creatives, photographers, designers, videographers, animators & more to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.Attend video & photography shoots to lead and direct all crew members.Oversee the creative production & post-production of social content, maintaining high standards of creative within our offering. You will champion best practice to raise the bar for our clients, going beyond their expectations.You will research, showcase and demonstrate innovative thinking and best practice in social and help proactively sell new native functionalities and platforms to clients.Be responsible for the effective delivery of all projects, on time and on budget, whilst managing client relationships & expectations.Support on creative for non-social content where needed.Keep up to date with new technical and creative developments in the social sector, mapping social trends and strategic developments among our competition.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of agency experience in social media content creation, ideally in a brand, corporate, or agency setting, with a proven track record of impactful projects (data-driven results preferred).Highly creative, with the ability to manage video and motion graphics within brand guidelines and deadlines.Extensive experience with various content production styles, including studio, client location, and corporate settings.Proven ability to create content that performs online and anticipates emerging trends.Skilled in understanding client requirements and translating them into compelling video concepts.Capable of creating professional decks and presentations on-brand.Experience in video shooting, with knowledge of shoot protocols, camera equipment, best practices, and working with film crews.Understanding of typography, layout, and social media-specific formats like character limits, graphics, emojis, memes, and GIFs.Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Confident and articulate in presenting ideas internally and to clients, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Highly creative with attention to detail.Confident, self-motivated, and ambitious.Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Problem solver, proactive, driven, and ultra-organised.A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.Punctual, flexible with work hours when on-location, and committed to delivering successful projects.Positive 'can do' attitude and a great sense of humour.
