We are looking for an Executive Producer to join us in creating Star War: Hunters, a competitive arena combat game for the Nintendo Switch system and mobile devices. Star Wars: Hunters will bring players together to engage in thrilling, team-based, multiplayer battles featuring a diverse array of distinctive new Star Wars characters.Our Production team is focused on both HOW games get made but also on HOW we support those games as a service for our players. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Producers whose goal is to support our live product, making sure we deliver both a quality product and service.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner closely with peers in other crafts to establish, maintain, communicate the production and live service of our projectWork with your key reports to build an organizational structure, processes, and project plan that allow the team to provide a quality live service in support of the gameTackle complex risks and problems while balancing priorities across multiple crafts and teamsWork collaboratively with multiple teams to proactively get results and outcomesPassionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and cultureIdentifying and helping guide the team around potential hazards that come up through the normal game dev processHelp define and set standard processes and make sure they are communicated out across the teamHelp the game team navigate the live cycle of the development processHelp build and strengthen the communication between teams and locationsHelp foster a positive cultureAbove all, flexibility and adaptability are keyREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience leading and guiding multi-discipline teams through all stages of development, with at least 2 games shipped as Production Lead, Associate Executive Producer, Development Director or equivalentExperience running production on a live gameKnowledge of and proficiency in the game development processStrong experience working within Agile methodologiesExperience with various project management tools, including JiraExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detailDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEConsole or PC experience
