We are looking to grow a brilliantly creative shooting Producer/Director into the role of Series Director. You will be an excellent shooting PD with at least 4 prime time network/streamer shooting credits - one of these must be in True Crime. You will be grown into a Series Director, and working closely with the SP and Exec create the style and tone of a brand-new prime time Channel 4 series. The interview process will ask for storyboards, shooting styles and examples of recon. Please note the content we will be dealing with will be upsetting, and while we will support you throughout, please do consider if this job is right for your own mental well being.

This role is based in our Cardiff production office but you will be shooting all over the UK. On the days you are not filming we would expect you to be in Wales. The aim of this role is to grow Welsh talent, so please only apply if you live nearby.
