We are currently seeking a proactive data-driven Junior Social Media Content Strategist to join our Content Marketing Team. As a Junior Social Media Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy. Your responsibilities will include taking charge of creative ideation and production for various social media channels, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, all geared towards achieving certain platform-specific objectives. Additionally, you'll be highly metric orientated and tasked with delivering insightful, data-driven reports on the results of your efforts. If that sounds exciting - we would love you to join our pack!What you will do: Develop and execute a creative pipeline for each channel (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), using briefs to execute the marketing calendar Research and write engaging, targeted and valuable content, driving specific performance objectives with different audiences.Oversee end-to-end content creation from ideation to production, ensuring efficient and timely delivery and contributing to achievement of specified objectivesProvide clear reporting insights on key KPIs to senior team, using data to assess and optimise performance by each channel.Provide detailed feedback to the creative team on performance of creatives, empowering them to further optimise their work.RequirementsWhat you will need: Essential Criteria:Experience in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across different channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a proven track record of organic growth Strong ability to integrate both a creative mindset and a data-driven approach when developing new social media strategies Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to incorporate them into the content strategy. Ability to analyse social media data and report on findingsA passion for all things social media, a desire to experiment with new tactics, and a commitment to staying updated with industry changes.Experience in writing compelling copyWilling to both challenge and be challenged.Ability to work in a fast passed environment A positive and collaborative attitude What you could also have: An understanding and appreciation for the wider marketing funnel and how channels work together for success.An understanding of Premiere Pro/Final Cut/Photoshop Experience in social media presenting Experience in a DTC or ecommerce-based business
