Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Media Producer - AV Specialist and Motion Graphics Content Creator to join our passionate and driven team based at our Ipswich office. The Videographer - AV Specialist, and Motion Graphics Content Creator is an integral part of the OCS Marketing Communications (MarComms) team, playing a crucial role in shaping our visual and digital narratives. This role demands creativity and a dynamic approach to storytelling through various multimedia formats. The specialist will produce high-quality video content that reflects the ethos and values of OCS, supporting both external marketing campaigns and internal communications. Audio-Visual Expertise: Handle all aspects of AV production, from setup to operation and troubleshooting. Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging graphics and animations that enhance video content and presentations.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and external teams to develop concepts and execute visions.Brand Consistency: Ensure all video and graphic content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and ethos.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest video production and graphic design trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and technologies into our workflow. About You:Applicants must have the right to work in the UKProven experience as a Videographer and Motion Graphics Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing professional videography, video editing, and graphic design skills.Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and graphic design tools.Creative thinker with attention to detail and an eye for visual composition.Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
