We are looking for an Office Runner to join our operations team, who will become the face of Whisper's Kew office - delivering great experiences to our clients and team members, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ability to be proactive and self-motivated is essential and we want a self-starter who will always offer their services and go the extra mile to make a difference. This will be a busy role so we are looking for someone who likes to be on their feet, with the motivation to get things done quickly.Please note: This job will suit someone looking to work within a busy operational department, assisting the Office Manager and team. This is not a production-facing role. Whisper is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we actively seek candidates from diverse backgrounds and communities.Key Responsibilities: * Providing direct support to the Office Manager and Office Team * Creating a happy and positive environment for our team members to work in * Setting up the office, kitchens and bathrooms each morning ready for the day ahead * Close down duties, in advance of the following mornings set-up * Ordering and maintaining supplies for the office * Taking deliveries, greeting guests, answering phones, directing calls * Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments for upcoming client meetings * Helping to organise office events * Responsible for responding to requests in the central office inboxes, as well as supporting the production inbox * Keeping office paperwork logged and up to date e.g. parking permit tracking, locker lists, * General day to day running of office tasks - e.g. unpacking the dishwasher, keeping the office clean and tidy, watering the plants * Keeping the office, kitchen, board room, meeting rooms and storage areas tidy with 60min checks"Please note that responsibilities may be amended, added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production or organisation."Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Previous office experience is essential * Experience of providing high level customer service * Excellent organisational and time management skills, and proven forward planning skills * Excellent IT skills; Mac(AOS) and PC(MS). Whisper is predominantly a Mac-user organisation * The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. * Having a sense of urgency is imperative. The office is fast paced, and priorities are ever-changing * Ability to work effectively with others and create great relationships in a diverse team * A hands-on and proactive attitude to work. Ability to problem solve. * A strong attention to detail * Strong oral and written communication skills Location: The position will be based full time at our Kew office, in South West London.Working Days: There are two standard shift hours:Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pmMonday to Friday, 10am - 7pmThese will be allocated by the Office Manager.You may be asked to work the occasional weekend where the business requires.Start: As soon as possible for a 3 months FTC.
