Minimum four years experience in the following:

Events content

Understanding of the post-production process

Freelance resource management
Ability to use Adobe suite preferred but not essential
Finances / estimates / invoices
Ability to use Asana

Location: Work remotely, but ideally London based.

Description: We're looking for someone with good initiative and people skills to run a post-production team of 4 editors + animators to deliver a range of campaigns for the world's most prominent music artists, festivals and experiences globally.

You will be responsible for ensuring all assets are delivered on time to a deadline whilst maintaining the high creative standard required. The ability to manage multiple deadlines and feedback streams of work is essential.

We'll confirm you for 4 weeks at a time, Mon-Fri, 9-6pm. Good potential for OT + weekend work if you want it. But not expected.

It's an exciting opportunity for the right person to get involved in a rapidly growing young company, with the scope to create a role for yourself, implement ideas, + grow the teams.
Eventually helping us with the medium/long term plans of setting up a full scale production company with full-time staff.
