It's the ultimate way to watch TV.We are looking for a Post Production Technical Operations Coordinator to work with the Apple TV+ Original Content Team in London! This role will take care of offline editorial, dailies vendors, finishing vendors as well as content security to ensure Post Production systems and workflows are stays in sync with AppleTV+ standards and requirements. You will need to support users internal to Apple as well as external partners with system administration, software mentorship, and solving a variety of technical issues.Key QualificationsDemonstrable experience working within the Post Production process with focus on offline editorial, dailies, and colour/sound finishing.Experience with Resolve, Avid, and Adobe Premiere preferredKnowledge of file types, file conversions, and finishing software.Technically inclined with an ability to learn new emerging technologies.Must be detail oriented and well organized with the ability to maintain discretion working with sensitive materials.Possess a positive demeanour with strong written and verbal communication skills.Team-work oriented while also able to be self-motivated and work independently.Comprehensive problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.Responsible and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Takes initiative and sees tasks through to completion.Awareness of security controls (digital and physical), watermarking, and anti-piracy technologies, and approval flows.Aspiration to grow in TV/Film Post Production.An appreciation for what the Apple brand stands for.DescriptionYou will be heavily involved within the Post Production process with focus on offline editorial, dailies, and colour/sound finishing. You will review dailies workflows, enter pertinent information into Airtable, create deliverable and workflow documents, and facilitate various production software once deployments are standardised. Some travel to supervise and evaluate these setups may be required. You will use your prior understanding of security protocols around sensitive and pre-release content and implementation of content protection protocols including access approval flows, watermarking, and asset tracking. You will assess offline and dailies workflow and procedure, create and maintain asset information, handle instructional documents and work with ongoing productions to ensure smooth and timely asset distributions. Create and playback content onsite whilst working with the Post Production Digital Media Management Group as well as the greater Apple Team and Production partners on various projects. Ensuring all security protocols and approval flows are followed. Troubleshooting digital asset systems for file movement, archive, and playback.Additional RequirementsApple's most important resource, our soul, is our people.
