We're giving you the chance to work on one of the country's most loved TV programmes - ITV's 'This Morning' as a Production Management Assistant.The roleWe are looking for an experienced Production Management Assistant with a diverse skill set to work in partnership with editorial colleagues and production management to support the delivery of our daily live shows on This Morning for a 6-month fixed term contract.As our Production Management Assistant, you will assist with the smooth running of the production office and act as a key point of contact for the production team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, logistics coordination, and providing on-set support during filming. Your role will ensure the efficient management of both daily operations and special productions, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills. You may also be expected to assist in a live studio environment, where your ability to work under pressure and interact with people will be essential.Key Responsibilities:Administrative: Manage production calendars, create call sheets, maintain documents (contracts, release forms, invoices), and book travel/accommodation for cast and crew.Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, equipment rentals, location scouting, permits, catering, and manage set-up/breakdown.Communication: Act as a point of contact for crew and departments, communicate updates, and liaise with external vendors.Budget Management: Track expenses, raise purchase orders, and assist with budget reporting.On-Set Support: Assist with production needs, and manage crew logistics.Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)Prior experience in an administrative or production support role, ideally in TV or media production.Experience managing complex travel bookings, accommodation, and catering arrangements.Ability to work effectively and constructively as part of a team and with a wide range of people (production colleagues, on-screen contributors/talent and members of the public)Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent attention to detail, especially in handling logistics, documentation, and coordination.Thorough approach to completing tasks with good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with production management software and tools (e.g. Replicon, Microsoft Office, etc.).Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at once, with high attention to detail in managing logistics, documentation, and communication.Experience with administrative tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and financial tracking.Other things we're looking for (key criteria):Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.A proactive, calm, and adaptable approach, especially under the pressures of live television production.A positive, team-focused attitude, with the ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and adaptable in high-pressure environments, with the ability to stay calm and think quickly.Demonstrate passion, resilience and the ability to maintain performance in the face of ever-changing priorities and workload.High level of integrity, particularly when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.Flexibility with different shift patterns including occasional: weekend and evening work days, overnight stays away from base (UK and abroad), and early starts/late finishes.
