We are looking for Production Secretaries (multiple) to work on a returning live event show for Initial - in our Live, Training and Travel/Accommodation teams.

Skills/Experience (in no particular order):
- Ideally previous Production Secretary experience in live show or event production.
- A good communicator, and happy liaising and assisting colleagues and crew members across the production during pre-production and filming days.
- Keen to muck-in and be a team-player (no job too big or small!) - we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a lovely team first and foremost!
- Someone who is here to learn, has their head screwed-on (figuratively speaking), and isn't scared of asking questions - but is equally happy to source the answers.
- May have used travel booking sites and processes before (i.e. Addison Lee, Uber Business, Trainline etc.).
- Previous experience of PMI is a bonus!
- Excellent organisation skills - efficient with administration including finance (POs, expense reconciliations, etc.).
- Being a football fan is not a pre-requisite!
