You will also be verifying the quality of assets produced by partners before they reach FAB Library and providing them feedback for their continuous growth. Along with that, you will be working closely with the education development team to create/improve the training materials that will be consumed by our partners.In this role, you willTraining partners with the best practices of processing independently while maintaining good relationships with them - Be responsible for partner onboarding to final deliveryThe quality of output from partners before it reaches FAB library while ensuring a solid feedback loop with them for constant retraining; optimizing the future engagementsWorking with partners to take their assets live on FAB through internal pipelineProviding technical support to partners; from RAW scanned data to the final assetBeing the go to person for all technical questions for internal team members along with partnersProviding feedback from the field to the Education Development team to improve the training material for partnersLiaising between partners, pipeline, content curation and Partner Program/internal production team; understanding the requirements on all sidesWhat we're looking forA self-motivated, dependable individual with PBR, general 3D graphics and environment art experienceFull proficiency in 3D and 2D software; 3DSMax or Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, etcExcellent problem-solving abilitiesMulti-tasking expert; comfortable working on multiple projects at oncePossess an incredible eye for the quality of output from the different partnersAbility to perform while working remotely
