Job Description
Title: Senior Creative Producer
Reports to: Creative Director
Works: Full-time, 5 days a week
Salary: Up to £40,000pa, depending on experience

Role Mission/ Purpose of the job
Managing multiple project output and day to day deliverables with outstanding producing expertise, an unflappable approach to problem-solving, and thorough understanding of client requirements.

Main tasks
- With responsibility for the organisation and production of multiple projects (including but not limited to video production, animation, design, basic copywriting etc.), manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve and execute conceptual work into clear sets of deliverables.
- Coordinating the entire production process, in conjunction with the Production Team, from pre-production and filming through to post-production, ultimately ensuring the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
- Closely managing the budget for each project, in conjunction with the Production Manager, ensuring client value for money and profit maximisation are balanced. Keeping within production budgets is key and the Senior Producer is expected to manage any scope creep whilst maintaining the client relationship.
- Utilising a proactive approach to communicate project progress, issues and resolutions to the client and internal team, partnering with the Client Services team to manage client expectations.
- Support the pitching and briefing processes, helping to define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget) when required.

General Duties
- Inputting necessary information into Hub systems and processes, actively contributing to improving efficiency.
- Actively contributing to developing new business opportunities, creative ideas, projects and services.
- Driving efficiencies to improve profitability.
- Liaising with assigned partners and managing third party contractors.
- Leading internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives.
- Responsible for personal and some team aspects of health and safety.
- Commitment to own professional development in line with Hub's culture.
- Undertaking any other requirements that support the agency's goals.
- Complying with the Company's policies, procedures and practices.

Person Specification
- Solid, hands-on video and animation producing and strong project management experience at a senior level, in an agency environment.
- Comfortable with the task of leading large projects and taking responsibility for their success.
- Experience in preparation for filming/ interviewing senior professionals and talent.
- Exceptional literacy and proofreading skills (copywriting skills would be advantageous).
- A successful track record of managing a variety of projects and budgets, including video content (shoots, edits, animation, written content), as well as other marketing channels.
- Strong budget management skills and a commercial outlook.
- A determination to get things done with a keen eye for detail - it will be part of your remit to ensure only work of the highest quality is shared with clients.
- An interest in investing and financial markets would be very beneficial.
- The ability to research and create concepts to pitch to the Creative Director and CEO.
- The ability to think on your feet and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to work in a fast paced creative environment.
- A team player with a can do approach and a sense of humour.
- The ability to work remotely and from the office as required.
