40 hours per week | Independent Contractor
Initially remote, with potential for a hybrid option for candidates in the South West UK area. Bristol-based or willing to commute to Bristol is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Edit high-energy, long-form football challenge videos from raw footage to final upload, prioritizing fast cuts, dynamic pacing, and retention-driven storytelling.
* You will be responsible for all elements of the edit from syncing, cutting, story telling, visuals and sound design.
* Implement advanced YouTube editing techniques, including seamless transitions, zooms, overlays, B-Roll, motion graphics, music and sound effects to maximize viewer satisfaction.
* Craft compelling narratives from raw footage, syncing edits with music and sound design to build excitement and tension.
* Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, and special effects to maintain consistency with Chuffsters' brand, tone, and humor.
* Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring to life the creative vision which aligns with YouTube best practices to improve viewer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
* Proven experience editing high-end content, ideally in real life YouTube space.
* Proficiency at expert level in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Suite, with at least 1 year of experience.
* Ability to edit hours of raw footage into engaging 15-30 minute videos, with strong storytelling skills, comedic timing, and a good sense of humor.
* Knowledge of YouTube retention strategies.
* Organized, able to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive and self-sufficient, especially when working remotely.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Ability to accept feedback constructively and apply it to future work.
* Access to suitable hardware and editing applications.
* 18+ years old only
