About The Role:
We're looking for a social-first Senior Producer to join us from our London HQ as part of the commercial delivery team.

This is a permanent position where you'll work on multiple accounts across varied platforms.

You'll be part of our small but fast-growing team of social content experts developing audience-first branded content solutions for some of the world's best loved brands across our network of highly engaged communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat and YouTube.

The Senior Producer will lead on all aspects of the production of our branded partnerships, from handling budget forecasting and pre-production planning, to pulling together shoots and overseeing the post-production process. We're looking for a highly creative, resourceful and organised producer who instinctively knows what makes great social content and gets a kick out of making the impossible happen.

What The Opportunity Looks Like:

Working with the strategists and creatives to budget accurately for ideas in the pitch phase

Be able to revise budgets quickly based on fast moving developments between the creative team and client.

Work closely with the Strategists, Creatives and Activation teams to understand the cross-platform activation of these core ideas to work on all platforms in our ecosystem, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and Youtube.

You will lead on executing the production elements of projects, such as budgets, schedules and shoots liaising closely with the dedicated Project Manager.


Skills and Experience We'd Like You To Have:

Must have at least 5 years of video production experience, with a particular focus on social video and branded content

A can-do attitude and innovative approach to finding creative production solutions for often out-of-the-box ideas

An understanding of end-to-end creation of social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines is crucial.

Experience of directing talent and crew on set

Experience in client / agency management on set

Experience of creating short-form for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms - and a clear understanding of what works where and why.

You must have experience of dealing with small production budgets, all the way to six-figures, as well as working on content from nimble, UGC shoots to large crews creating high-end, branded content.

Strong planning and time management, working across multiple projects at different stages including concept development, storyboards, scripts and edits.

Expert understanding of the health and safety, insurance and legal requirements surrounding production work.

An established network of production and post-production contacts

Experience of directing and self-shooting content desirable but not essential.

Willingness to travel within the UK if required. Plus, experience of organising shoots abroad, as well as a strong contact book of crew, for a variety of projects.
